STR-03 “Black Bird” launched on August 28th 2013; at 12:21:28 CET.

After a beautiful and fast ascend to an apogee of about 2300 meters, unfortunately the separation mechanism of the rocket failed and it went on a ballistic flight.
We were able to get 10 GPS location points from the descent of the rocket and extrapolated the landing site from this data. Today we well go on a search&recovery mission to find our rocket.
